How we handle the Recruitment flow.
- Get the job offer from the client
- Obtaining approval from Foeign Employment Bureau in order
- Advertising the offer in the printed media as well as electroninc media
- Identifying the potential candiates from the list of apllications
- Short listing the candidates and call them for the preliminery interviews
- Verifying the authenticity and genuiuses of education, experience and other certificates from the client
- Trade tests are conducted for prospective candidates and select the best among them
- Arrange interviews with foregn principals (Including travel arrangements and hotel reservation for their stay)
- Final selected condidate will undergo the medical checkup
- Succesfull candidate on these steps will be appointed with job offer in our customer companies
- Employeed will provided by a trainng before they leave the country
- Slected candidate will be explained the content of the employee contract in their native language in order to avoid misunderstading and dusputes
